1. License Scope & Usage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial automation needs on supported Android devices.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written authorization.

2. Billing, Subscriptions, & License Versions

AutoSpot offers various licensing tiers, including One-Time Purchases and Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:

• One-Time Purchases (v1.x Scope): A One-Time Purchase license grants you unlimited access to the core features and all minor updates, bug fixes, and maintenance releases of the **current major version** (v1.x) of the App.
• Major Upgrades Excluded: Major version upgrades (e.g. v2.0 and above) or separate, standalone feature modules released in the future are not covered by the v1.x One-Time Purchase and may require a separate transaction or upgrade fee.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions grant access to all active features for the duration of the paid billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play Store Account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

3. Corporate Acquisition & Transferability

We reserve the right to transfer, assign, or delegate the App, its operations, and all user licenses to a third-party buyer or acquiring corporate entity in the event of a merger, sale of assets, or corporate reorganization.

In such an event, the acquiring entity will inherit all licensing obligations and retains the right to modify future pricing, introduce new premium plans, or discontinue legacy services subject to providing reasonable notice in accordance with local regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OR RELATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MOBILE DATA CHARGES, DEVICE BATTERY ACCELERATION, OR TRAFFIC INCIDENTS).
